I had a billing issue due to a bank merger. Because of this, I had a huge premium to pay when I was finally notified about my payments not going through. I understand it’s not their fault and it definitely wasn’t mine but they worked with us and resolved the issue in the best possible legal way.

After moving away from WMass for many years, returning was made so much easier for me as Colleen guided me in all the right ways in purchasing renters insurance, and then homeowners insurance. What I most appreciated though is how easy O'Neil Insurance made it to register and insure my cars in Massachusetts.
